I know it’s tempting to look for shortcuts or quick fixes.


But here’s the truth: consistency always beats intensity.


Start here:

1️⃣ Fuel your body right at breakfast.Include protein (like eggs or Greek yogurt) and fiber (like berries or whole-grain toast) to stay full and energized throughout the morning.

2️⃣ Drink 8-16 ounces of water before anything else.This jumpstarts hydration and helps combat sluggishness.

3️⃣ Get outside for 10-15 minutes of fresh air and natural light.This supports your mood and helps regulate your sleep cycle.

4️⃣ Turn your bedroom into a sleep sanctuary.Dim the lights 1-2 hours before bed, avoid screens, and sleep in complete darkness to ensure deep, restorative rest.

5️⃣ Take 5 minutes to decompress.Close your eyes, focus on your breathing, or take a quick walk to reset your mind and reduce stress.
