I completed Get Creative 🍉! We had a really delicious dinner tonight with chicken and summer sausage, loaded with vegetables, such as carrots, bell peppers, green beans, corn, and potatoes.

Ok, I thought I shared this the other day but I guess not 🤷🏼♀️. This is one way I love to get some veggies in in the morning. 1 whole cup off cauliflower made with an egg and seasonings to make some "hash brown" patties.
