I have struggled with my weight for 10 years. It's not because of exercise, because I have been running marathons, 10 full marathons, 60 halves, over 100 5 and 10Ks. I just kept gaining weight. My daughter had been doing Beachbody workouts and meal plan. She kept telling me it would work if I would try it. I couldn't believe all the food that I would be able to eat. I thought alright I'll try it. They provide the meal plan,coach,containers, and everything else.

I have known, and been a student of Dane Boyle for 13-years. Dane has always presented as an extremely powerful and energetic Instructor. My favorite phrase that comes to mind with Dane, is that he has been, is, and always will be the best Instructor that I’ve ever experienced. I always felt that I’d had a really good workout. Dane has also always been there to help explain technique with the equipment in the weight room. Overall, I would recommend Dane very highly as an Instructor.
Since April I have lost 15 pounds overall. At the end of my 21 days I lost 5 of those 15 pounds. I am not only changing on the outside but, I am also changing on the inside. I am learning new ways to eat, to move and to think. I am not always perfect. I misstep on the last day of my 21 Day Fix but, I learned from it and have moved on. In the past I would have dwelt on that misstep and allowed myself to lose sight of what I would like to achieve. The 21 Day Fix app has helped me to keep focus day to day by helping me keep track of exercise and what I eat. Exercising at Dane Boyle Fitness keeps me accountable to someone. Then there is the added benefit of I enjoy it. I held a one minute forearm plank today. What, who would've thought that would have ever been possible!!! Dane encourages, pushes, makes me think and move all in one exercise session. Then there are the women I workout alongside of. I appreciate them so much! They do not even realize how much they have mentored me from suggesting on how to put my hair up, where to get workout clothes, what kind of workout clothes to get, and being friendly and welcoming. I still have a long way to go and I figure it will take me a year to get to as Dane says, "long term, sustainable health". I am already better, stronger and healthier then I was! ?

Even over 900 miles away…thank you DB Fitness for keeping me going. Being part of the health, wellness and fitness coaching online is keeping me going. Accountability, motivation, and education. All of these provided by DB fitness are helping me shed the pounds! They have helped me create a REALISTIC goal, and helped me break it down to actually appear achievable. Unlike anything else, being healthy and feeling strong is addictive. I relied on Coach Dane Boyle and his team for instruction, encouragement and a plan when it came time for a fitness wake up in my life. Almost 6 years later, I am in the best health of my life and can out run, out pull-up and out lift most folks half my age. Simply put, I believe the team and plan he’s assembled to lead others in fitness and healthy living. It truly is never too late or too early to start.
