How you wake up each day and your morning routine or lack there of a morning routine dramatically affects your levels of success in every area of your life. Focused, productive mornings set up focused, productive days. You must set aside time for you in order to achieve your level 10 success.
Today I am working on a better version of myself. It’s time to go from good to great.
My Miracle Morning began with water, personal development and exercise. This is just the beginning.

Dodger and I traversed the neighborhood together as she sniffed, stopped and woke up and barked with every dog left outside for the night. I felt the humid breeze on my skin with my earbuds in listening to The Miracle Morning, or should I say listening again, with greater focus and vision for my level 10 success.
Last night Tonya and I talked a bit about the book and she mentioned that Elrod (author of The Miracle Morning) calls himself a life, success and business coach. Man do I LOVE THAT! I am positioning myself to be more than a “personal trainer”. There are lots of great men and women that do great things as personal trainers, but for me coaching or training is far more than how to do the perfect squat. My brand and our company’s brand of coaching is about what happens before and after you have successfully perfected the perfect squat.
So I actually consider myself a life, success and business coach as well. I have taken my 25+ years of experience in medical health and wellness, my life coaching certification and my graduate degree to build and brand Dane Boyle Fitness. Now maybe I shouldn’t have used the word fitness in the business name because the word fitness has been bastardized to lead people to only think of physical fitness. Fitness is so much more than pushing weights and aerobic exercise.
Fitness includes all 7 elements of health and wellness and by working on and improving your life in these 7 areas you can and will achieve your level 10 success. The 7 areas are of health and wellness are emotional, environmental, intellectual, occupational, physical, social and spiritual. I purposefully say and write emotional and spiritual at opposite ends because I believe it’s the 5 things you do in the middle that will bring you level 10 success.
