At Dane Boyle Fitness we utilize lifestyle wellness coaching that builds on an expertise in health, wellness and fitness while relying on relevant theories and methods from the coaching field. We help DB Fitness Champions (clients) set specific, health, wellnesss and fitness goals. Coaching is a partnership that inspires and motivates our champions to maximize their potential through a thought-provoking and creative process. Train the mind and the body will follow.

Fitness for everyBODY!

Dane Boyle Fitness currently has unique fitness studio in downtown NB and we also travel to Seguin once a week. Our coaching is sensible and we believe we are in the fight with you. Your goals become our goals. Our coaching sessions have between 2-8 individuals all with unique perspectives on health and wellness. By keeping our student/coach ration small we are able to customize our workouts for each group. Our groups train anywhere from 1x-3x a week. We refer to this type of training as personal group fitness. We know there is strength in numbers and by expanding your support system you are setting yourself up for a lifetime of success.
