Evening Yoga Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:15 to 8:15pm. Classes are $10.00 a class with a 3 month commitment.
You can also pop in for a class with the $15.00 per class drop in rate.
We will also be offering a yin/meditation class that will begin at 820pm and this class is 40 minutes long. Focusing solely on relaxing fully from your day. This practice is done fully from the mat mainly on your back with limited movement. This class is 10.00 and is practiced in with low light. If you attend this class please arrive at 8:15 but there will be a class wrapping up at that time. Please be prompt to this class doors will close when class begins.
Class size is limited to 25. Please comment to secure your spot. These classes will have limited space available. They are filing up quickly. There are only 7 spaces open(as of the publishing of this post).

Who should practice yoga? The classes are designed for everyBODY and are suitable for all levels. If you have injury or physical limitations contact us so we can discuss how to adjust your practice.
What should I bring? You only need to bring water, a mat, and yourself. Please arrive at 10 minutes prior to your first class to fill out paperwork. For the yin class there is only a five minute window and paper work can be filled out in advance and bought to class.

What kind of music is played during yoga?
The classes are taught to either country or rock music. The yin yoga is set to classical musical.
What training do you have? trained extensively in Boulder, Colorado with the top teachers in the country. I have 200 hr Yoga Alliance Certification, I am close to finishing my 500 hr certification as a yoga therapist. I have studied gross anatomy in training with cadavers. I’m trained to teach to cancer survior an patients (with medical release). I have trained and am certified to teach for veterans yoga dealing with PTSD, fascia release, prenatal yoga, children’s yoga, Yoga for 12 step recovery. These are all separate workshops or private/special event classes.
Is yoga just stretching? No, Yoga appears to be an easy stretching practice from the outside but you will get a full body workout. Yoga will change your body.
Is yoga a religion? No.
